Alright, friend, welcome back to this, our final episode of the private audio series. And this is where we're bringing it all together to really understand what I call the high conflict ecosystem. So we made it. And before we wrap up this private audio series, I want to zoom out for just a minute. Because if you've listened to all six episodes, you probably noticed something. I didn't spend six episodes teaching you six random tips.
I wasn't trying to give you a better text message or a better parenting plan or a better way to prepare for court. I was trying to help you see something much bigger. I wanted you to see the pattern because once you see the pattern, you stop chasing individual problems and you start building an entirely different life. Let's think about where we've been. In our first lesson, we talked about believing the court order would finally fix everything. Because the truth is
Court can change schedules and court can change labels and they can change legal rights and decision-making authority, but court doesn't change high conflict people. Then we talked about reacting instead of responding. Because whenever text message becomes an emergency, your ex isn't just controlling your inbox, they're controlling your attention. They're taking charge of your evenings, your vacations, and they're hijacking your peace. Then we talked about documentation, not because court needs it, they do.
But because you need it, because documentation helps you hold on to your own reality when someone else keeps trying to rewrite it. Then we talked about negotiating, not just in mediation and not just in court, but every single day. Every, can you just do this? Can we just try this? Every schedule change, every favor, every breach of a boundary. And we realized that so many women aren't negotiating from strategy. They're negotiating from a place of guilt.
Then we talked about waiting, waiting for your ex to change, to become somebody reasonable, waiting for them to finally put the kids first, waiting for permission to enjoy your own life. And hopefully by now you've started realizing something. Every single one of these mistakes shares the same route. Every one of them quietly assumes that your life gets better when your ex gets better, that your peace begins when they start to cooperate.

That your healing begins when they stop being difficult. That your confidence begins when they finally act like the parent you've always hoped they would become. But what if none of that ever happens? That's the question that changed my life. Not because it's hopeless, but because it's freeing. Because the moment I stopped building a strategy that depended on my ex changing, I finally started building one that depended upon me. My communication changed. Not because he changed, but because I did.
My boundaries changed, not because he respected them. He didn't and still doesn't, but because I finally respected them and refused to move them. My documentation changed, not because the court demanded it, because I wanted to think more clearly. And my negotiations changed. Not because he became easier to negotiate with, but because I stopped making decisions based on my own feelings of guilt. Can you see what happened? None of the lessons are separate, they're all connected. That's why I call.
High conflict and ecosystem. An ecosystem is a group of things that influences the other. When you improve one part, it affects the others. When you stop reacting, you document better. When you document better, you negotiate better. When you negotiate better, you create stronger boundaries. When your boundaries get stronger, communication gets easier. When communication gets easier, your peace grows. Not because your ex changed, but because you did. And that's why I believe so many women stay stuck.
They're looking for just one answer, one hearing, one parenting plan, one communication trick, one boundary, one judge, the right attorney, the magic sentence. When in reality, it's never been one thing. It's been the whole system that's been broken. And that's exactly why I created the high conflict reset challenge, because there simply wasn't enough time in these episodes to teach you how to build that system for yourself.
Over five live trainings, we take everything we've talked about here and we put them into deeper practice. We'll talk about the high conflict as an ecosystem unto itself and how to recognize the patterns you're actually dealing with so you can stop making decisions from fear. How to start documenting, communicating, negotiating, writing parenting plans, and creating boundaries that all work together. And how to start building a life that no longer depends solely on your ex-cooperating.

We run this challenge live every month. So if you're listening to this when registration is open, I'd absolutely love to have you guys join us live. But I know life is busy and I don't know when you're listening to this. So if the next live challenge has already happened or you know you don't want to wait another month, you can still jump in and start with the recordings while you wait for the next live experience. But either way, don't let this become another thing you consume without acting on it. Knowledge is not what changes your life.
New decisions do. And if there's one thing I hope you take away from this entire series, it's this. You do not have to wait for your ex to become someone different before you start building a life that you love to live. You don't have to wait for the next hearing or the next order or for him to apologize because he never will. You don't have to get some new agreement. You can start today. One decision at a time, one boundary at a time, one intentional response at a time.
Because that's how peace is built. Not all at once, but little by little. And one day you'll look back and realize something. The conflict may have not disappeared, but it stopped defining the entirety of your life. And I think that's what every mom deserves. So thank you so much for spending this time with me. Thank you for trusting me with your story. Thank you for listening to mine. And I hope I'll see you inside of the next high conflict reset challenge when it's live.
And until then, take good care of yourself and remember, you don't need your ex to change before your life can. We'll see you again soon.
